As production scales, the opportunity extends beyond hatchery output into downstream value creation—including Growout, processing, branding, traceability, and distribution—as well as advancements in breeding, species resilience, and disease management. Each of these areas represents a significant growth vector within a rapidly evolving food production ecosystem.
